This type of work is performance based, and you are paid based on commissions.

How to work as an ISO?
Depending on your business model, or what company you may work for. You will have to set-up your own work environment, accounting, legal structure and paperwork, and schedule. And you are responsible for all of your business expenses.
Once you are set-up, in order to continue our professional business relationship, we are concerned with the following:
The Schedule
Your schedule should follow working business days and optionally holidays, nights and weekends as you or your referrals demand it. At WBL our schedule is the same, but the regular working business schedule is Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM EST. You may choose to follow any or no schedule at all.
The Referrals
You can submit deals at any time, 24/7, but can expect to receive a response back within the next working business day. For example, if you submit a deal on a Saturday, you will be expected to receive a confirmation or any questions about the referral on the following Monday.
The Results
The more deals you can submit and get approved, the more money you can expect to earn. Necessarily, It is not the more hours you put that earns you the more money but instead the more referrals you get approved. The adage, "Work Smart, Not Hard" is crucial here.
What does the application consist of?
- One page application
- 6-month business bank statements (for existing businesses only)
What do you do as an ISO?
It is simple - only have your referrals fill out the one-page application along with 6-months of bank statements (for existing businesses only) and forward it to us.
Sending applications
You can send application in one of two ways, have the client send:
A) you the application via E-mail or fax, and you forward it to us
B) us the application via E-mail or fax on your behalf

The Initial Process
- You request to become an ISO and wait for the call
- Interview with us and wait for a decision
- Get approved as an ISO and register via the link provided in the Email
- Receive the Application for your clients from me
- Send the application for your referrals to fill out and complete
- If they send it to you, in turn, you forward it to us
- If they send it to us, we will notify you
