The referrals we are seeking are any business looking for business loans, funding, or alternate business financing.
What type of business loans are provided?
We provide unsecured (brokered) and secured (banked) business loans.
WBL loans are fully secured by real estate collateral.
What is the loan range?
WBL loan amounts range between $5,000 - $2,000,000.
How much can we lend per business (secured)?
WBL has the capacity to lend up-to 3-times (300%) a business' average monthly deposits.
Can we consolidate existing business loans?
WBL offers the opportunity to consolidate other loans and pay off business tax liens.
What industries do we consider?
WBL considers most restricted industries.
What is the minimum credit required (secured)?
No minimum credit score.
Custom crafted loans; no cookie-cutter, automated offers.
If the client does not qualify, can he/she use a co-signer?
Yes. Co-signers with Real Estate may be utilized to qualify.
Do I have to own the real estate property free and clear?
Not necessarily. Existing Mortgages and Liens are okay; Real Estate does not have to be free & clear.
Are existing advances okay?
Yes. Stacked and existing advances are okay.
Do you only offer secured loans (banked)?
No. WBL also offers unsecured loans.
